What are your hours of operation?

Our Level 3 Technical Sales Team is comprised of our most highly trained staff members. Level 3 staff members can answer advanced questions regarding topics such as energy efficiency, ultraviolet disinfection, and alternative media. We offer Level 3 Technical Sales Assistance Monday - Friday from 8:00 am to 5:30 pm Pacific Time. We offer Level 1 assistance for the most basic questions 7 days per week from 6:00 am to 11:00 pm Pacific Time. If your question may be better answered by our advanced team, your call will be returned during their scheduled hours.

What freight service do you ship with?

Our preferred shipping service is UPS.

What UPS services do you offer?

We can ship using the following UPS services: UPS ground, UPS Next Day, UPS Next Day A.M., UPS Second Day, UPS International. Please contact us for a shipping quote if the service you need does not appear as an option on our site.

How much is shipping?

Shipping varies depending on your location. Please add the item to your cart to obtain a shipping quote.

Do you ship to Canada and other countries?

Yes, we do ship to Canada, and you may obtain rates through our website. Please contact us for a quote to other countries.

What if I need a product not found on your website, can you supply it?

The chances are, Yes! We can usually supply any product in the swimming pool and spa industries.

Do you charge a handling fee?

We never charge a handling fee. We only charge a shipping fee based on the expense to ship to your location.

How long does it take to ship an item after I place the order?

Orders received by 4:00 PM Pacific Time are generally shipped the same day. Orders received after 4:00 PM Pacific Time are generally shipped the following day. Special order items generally require one additional day for processing. If you need an item faster, please contact us. We can often expedite your order if our capacity allows.

Do you charge sales tax?

We only charge sales tax in the state of Texas. The tax rate is 8.25%.
